XML Modding Documentation

This documentation gives instruction and modding tips for the XML data system. It does NOT give in-depth information about the effects system since that is way out of scope and would likely run to hundreds of pages. Instead, this gives an overview of the most likely areas players will want to mod.

XML files are located in \src subfolder within ModTools.

(e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TheGreatWar\ModTools\src\xml\Objects\Strategic)
